The Seven Seas Hotel is one of the premium luxury banquet hotels in Rohini, New Delhi. In the initial phase of the project, a well thought-out scheme was devised for Lutron Lighting Control Systems in Public areas. This was based on public area drawings and control schedules that were sourced from the client.

The entire public area drawing and load schedule was designed for lighting controls of the three floors. This was a project where a large number of chandeliers in Banquet Halls had incandescent lamps with high loads and coves which were LEDs. Keeping this in mind, a combination of the high load capacity Lutron GP Panels and also the Lutron QS dimming modules for LEDS with significantly less loads was proposed. All these were tied in together as one system- that controlled the entire project through a single processor which was installed at the first floor of the Public Area.
